Sleeping
Shocked I have been sleeping for far too many hours myself. I have been going through several other changes and I because I still have regular periods, I never realized that sleepiness is a sign of menopause. I just realized that it is my problem from an ad on tv. I thought that I might be depressed or something. I sleep very well all night and then I want to sleep half of the day. Everyday it gets worse, no matter what I do. Sleepiness and also forgetfulness are the only symptoms that I have so far and they are devastating. I am 48 years old and I thought that I would not feel any different until after my periods stopped.
