I has a testical removed when I was 15 and have not had any children will this or does this affect having children

Extremely eHealthy

As long as you still have one left there shouldn't be a problem. What made this happen just out of curiosity? I dated a guy in high school that had to have one removed. He got pushed into a pole and it got really infected so they eventually had to amputate it. He said it got as big as a softball.
