My Symptoms : Could This Be Lupus ?

severe, but off and on, lower left chest pains,
lymph nodes that have been swollen for over a year,
shortness of breath,
often pain in my knees and left hip,
almost CONSTANT indigestion pain and heart burn,
depression,
panic attacks,
and trouble sleeping..

if this isn't lupus, does anyone have any kind of answers..
i find doctors not very helpful at all
and i do not want to live like this my entire life
