well me and my boyfriend sometimes hump eachother with underwear on befor we get into sex and dose this make my vagina get fatter or something to break inside?

I don't think your vagina gets "fatter" But it may get lubed up by getting excited, and it's easier to "get in" that way.

Yes, "Lubed" : aka, wet. You notice maybe, that when you get to kissing and making out, that your vagina gets wetter on the inside. That's because it's secreting lubrication (lube) in anticipation for sex. The walls may also swell with blood (becoming "puffy") and your vulva enlarges with blood as well. Your clitoris may even become tingly, and the clitoral hood may retract. All of this is preparing your body for pleasurable sex.

The vaginal walls may swell slightly, this could give the sensation of it getting "fatter".
