Q: Milk Secretion

I had a baby 3 years ago and ever since, I have been lactating! I have been on bromocriptine for 2 years and I have stopped overtly leaking, but if I miss a dose or 'encourage' my breasts, milk comes out. It is extremely frustrating and I am willing to try anything at this point. Does anyone know ANYTHING that would help? Thank you.
