Sorry, I know this is a bit of an older post, and I hope everything turned out fine for you.

My experiences with H Pylori, I was just diagnosed with it myself about 4 weeks ago. I was on the triple therapy cocktail for 10 days and now I'm currently on a follow up of PPI's and have about 4 more weeks of that to go.

However, I have not experienced any stomach swelling or bloating. Maybe it's a side effect of the medication you were taking? Not sure... but since it's been 3 months since your post, I'm sure everything is resolved by now. If you're still reading this forum, let me know how everything turned out for you.
