Ovulation is the process of expelling an egg-cell from the ovary. Without ovulation, conception is impossible. Women without ovulation usually experience irregular periods. Those periods, in fact, are not a real periods (due to the lack of ovulation). But in some cases, false periods can be regular and are called “pseudomenstruations”. You might be experiencing this condition.

Women who do not experience ovulation can detect the hormone progesterone during the second half of the menstrual cycle. Progesterone is produced by the yellow body - a structure that is created from the remaining follicle after the ovulation. Further, endometriosis can disturb ovulation only if it is located on the ovaries (ovarian endometriosis). If ovarian endometriosis has caused lack of ovulation, then ovulation stimulators (Clomid) probably won’t help.

Low sperm count is present for various reasons in a man's semem ... but in 50% of cases, the reason is unknown. Medication can be given only if the reason for low sperm count is lack of sex hormones (testosterone) or the existence of an infection. Organic reasons (varicocela for example) are treated surgically.
