For the past three days my tongue has looked a little white. I used the tongue scrapper and flossed. Today I was reading information on the internet. I look at the very back of my tongue and notice that I have red bumps. Also, on the back of my throat I have a few red bumps as well. I haven`t felt any pain. I was just looking and found them but the back of my throat felt dry the past 3 days. Is this a symptom of HIV?

Probably not. Those symptoms could mean many things. You cannot diagnose yourself though, no matter what symptoms you have. If you want to know if you have HIV, take an HIV test. That is the only way to know.
