Q: Gave B.f Head And Now I Have a Sore On Tongue?!

well i gave my guy head about 3 to 4 days ago and now I have a painful tiny sore on my tongue. The type that sometimes grows on your gums etc. I don't kno what it is but damn it hurts. At first it felt like I had bitten my tongue but then it turned white and started to hurt.
I eat and it hurts I talk and it hurts lol don't kno if anyone has had thesé befor? I did bite my tongue around the time it started hurting and I ate a lot of chili so maybe it made it worst lol but any info greatly appreciated

try mouthwashing with a water/salt solution or a product call sterisol
