It seems to me that the best way to reduce calories is to get a better hold of your diet. Eat foods low in calories, or join a workout program. One of the least effective (and most harmful) way of getting rid of calories would be purging. Maybe see a doctor about a different alternative to reduce calories. You might want to mention to your doctor you are bulimic though. Hope that helped

You should mention that to a specialist. The plan he/she can prescribe you will definitely suit you best, even though it may not seem that way to you.

Definitely doesn't "reduce" calories. But when I was at the lowest point of my bulimia and depression, I was consuming enough food for a classroom of people at each meal. Then I would vomit. Then I would sit and immediately eat again, then go and vomit. I would sometimes do this up to 5 times at one "meal time".

Yet, I was vomiting so well and ferociously, that my body was completely starved by the end of the day.

You do not "reduce" calories. But you literally purge the food before it is sent into your intestines for absorption.

You will have lifelong digestion complications if you continue to vomit after every meal. Trust me. I am on several medications now and am going through recovery. It is not a decision for you to make. It should just be left for the wolves.
