Q: Cant Feel Anything While On Mirena?

Has this happened to anyone else. Had the Mirena inserted about a year ago and no longer enjoy sex as its uncomfortable and I cant feel anything like I should (or used to). All of the plumbing seems to be working, just cant feel anything HELP...
