Hello everyone,
i have been training for a new part-time job & learnt something interesting which I that heavily pregnant women can't be arrested for theft because of their hormones which make them do crazy things & they also cant prosecute any woman with a child under 1yr old because she may have post-natal depression which has caused her to steal.

I just thought that was interesting-does anyone know where america stands on things like this?

I dont know about the pregnancy thing....But there is something called the pms defense, women commit crimes cause their hormones are racing and they cant help it and try to use it to get found not guilty, is that the same law?
