My mother was just diagnosed with this, and found out today that the mass is active. It's producing too much (I think this was the word) cortisol (sp?)
and I'm wondering what exactly that means. Does this mean it's cancerous since it's active? I'd rather not ask my mom that question for personal reasons. Thanks for any info!
