My frenulum snapped off about 13 years ago when masturbating. I have not sought treatment because of embarrassment. My foreskin now covers the top of my penis. Have I got any hope of having a sex life? Also is there any way I can seek treatment without seeing my GP?

I don't know how you find a urologist without going through your GP, but why wouldn't you? Your health is no area to refuse treatment because you're "embarrassed".
