Hi everyone. I'm 16 and I have bipolar. People anywhere seem to be worried about their bipolar to an extent that I cannot believe! Now, I have low self esteem, and I care what others think. But you know what? We have to not care what others think of our bipolar, or any disease/condition we might have. It is easier said than done, I know. You can try different techniques to manage. Personally, I like meditation. It helps me. So you know, just try different things. I hope it'll work for you.

*you've probably heard this before, but I had to do something. Smile
