Ok so i see this cat , pretty fat one that hangs round my neighbors house, she doesnt have any pet cats she has a dog, theres a hole in the rocks under her garage and the cat squeezes itself under there, ive watched her do it. But it concerns me that maybe she has kittens under there or something. i dunno what to do. If i should just let her be , or call someone but i dont know who i would call. Thought about mentioning it to my neighbor as well but i hardly ever see her, she works so she isnt home until late and she has 2 kids of her own to take care of. But i feel bad if the cat has kittens under there or something, the cat has a saggy b elly like maybe she could have given birth to kittens, i dont have a flashlight to see under there either, should i just let the cat be or what?

Well I woud let it be and watch it for a while. My roomates old cat also had a saggy belly but it was from *him* being fat for so long and then losing the weight. I don't knwo about the wholoe rocks things though.Maybe she deos and had them there to protect them?I woudl just watch and see what happened.Maybe start listening for kitten meow's or go lift a rock up and see what you find?

there are rocks around the garage in the back, there is ahole, d unno if the cat dug it itself or what. it just seems to stay under there alot, my cat we had in florida we found in a drain in nc , the mom had kittens and hid under there in the sewer we managed to rescue one, got a really bad rain storm and some died Sad my friends mom and us were out in the pouring rain trying to rescue them. Thats why i think maybe she has kittens under there because they like to hide alot. I dont think the cat belongs to anyone as it is always outside hanging around myneighbors. havent noticed a collar.

I would have to check it out. If she is hiding kittens in there, could you go round all the neighbours on your street, give them a description on the cat and try find out who owns it.
