about a week ago i noticed this and its worrying me. when im in certain positions i can feel and see my pulse. when i lay down i can fell and see my stomach move every time me heart beats. if i lay the remote on it, the remote bounces as well. also while laying down, i can place my hand kinda against my head near my ear and i can feel my pulse and if i look out of the corner of my eye i can see my hand move with my pulse. if i site at my desk, put my elbow on it and rest my chin in the palm of my hand supporting it while i read i can fell my pulse. i can feel my head move slightly. if i sit upright in a chair and focus on something small a little ways away i can feel my body move every so slightly with my pulse. also if i sit upright perfectly still, after about 30 sec, i notice that im rocking back and forth just enough to notice. i am a 20 year old male about 5'10'' and 174 lbs. im not skinny nor fat, im considered average. is there anything to worry about or is it just in my head? every once and a while i worry about things like this. i have been checking my resting heart rate. it varies between 74-80. i find that it gets to 80 when im worrying and when i feel kinda at ease its in the lower 70's. i dont get that much exercise however.

Hey now XD Don't worry! I can see my heartbeat in my stomach too. Pretty normal from what I can tell, I can see the pulse on many people. Everything else seems normal too; you're probably reading too much into it.
