I couldn't get my pics to work on shutterfly either, so I used yahoo photos

Did you "share" them first? Other wise it wont work. Get everyones email that wants to see them, go to share photos, pic the album you want to share and the photos you want to share then you'll be able to send it to everyone. Hth
