It has bcome almost impossible for me to have an orgasm during intercourse. I am 66 and have sex 2-3 times a week. I only reach orgasm during intercourse about 2-3 times a year. My wife finishes me by hand by stroking me very fast for about 15-20 minutes. If the serotonen will work for PE does it make since that melotonen may help you to ejactulate. Or is there anything else that would help.
