Q: Sudden Pain In Penis After Waking Up.

I don't know exactly what caused it but it started 3 days ago when I woke up with some mild pain in the upper side and back side of the penis. I have no idea if I did something while I was asleep or if it was the medication I been taking for a sinus infection (amoxicillin, guaifenex) The pain fades during the day and comes back.

I wonder if a Injured my penis somehow while asleep or any other reason?

If this last for much longer I'll go to the doctor but if somebody can give me some help I will appreciate it.
