Q: Brown ring shaped marks with a normal colouration in the cen

Doctor Question
I have recently noticed brown ring shaped marks with a normal colouration in the center on my scalp. They seem to have appeared recently and do not cause any irritation or pain. I am curious as to what they are, what may have caused them and if there is any way to get rif of them.

Thank you for your time,

You probably don’t have hair on your head - you've managed to notice those “brown ring shaped marks with a normal coloration in the center” on your scalp. Doctors are unable to diagnose such discoloration without seeing it. You can go to your GP and a dermatologist, if necessary, for a proper diagnosis.
