HI there. I been having this canker soar inside my lips for the past 4 days and it's been so painful that it hard for me to talk, drink, or eat. First it become just a broken cut my son head bud me on the mouth. Then later other side of my mouth, there was this other sore that open. It grow and grow larger and now my tongue start to have one. The only remedy that I have for now is to apply the cold sore gel. Is there any other vitamins pills such as vita B or any other thing i can to let this heal faster? Is this call mouth stress or am i really stress? any tips would be appreciated.
