I am 52 yrs old, have had a hyterectomy, and am being weaned off pimarin. Lately during sex if my bottom is even slightly elevated, regardless of my position, my vagina takes in air with each stroke. This is very embarassing because when I level out the air passes out of me with so much noise, it sounds like a group of frat boys at a chile cookoff. I'm mortified. Help! What can I do to make this stop. Is there an exercise? Should I use a lubricant? What can I do?
