Q: frequent auxilary absess

Dear sir,

I am suffering with frequent auxilary absess at both of my arm pit and its very painfull. My hand movement i very limited due to this absess. I am suffering this problem for almost 5 years. I have been sended to the General Hospital for minor surgery, doctor suspected that i am having diabeties but the blood test result shows that i don't have it. During surgery the doctors shock when i am scream due to pain,because i am given pain killer.

My question is;

What is the main cause of this absess appear and can it be cured and what are best medicent for this type of illness ?
