Hi! I stopped taking the pill this month, and now my period is late. Is this normal? I was on Yasmin for a year and a half, and my period is four days late. Could I be pregnant?

You stopped using birth control, YES of course you could be pregnant if you were having unprotected sex.

Birth control only works when you are using it.

If you haven't been having unprotected sex, your late period could be due to stopping the pill. It may take a few cycles for your period to be normal again.

Could be either. You'll just have to wait until about 2 weeks since the last time you had sex, and then take a test. Good luck... for whatever result you are looking for!!
