Pills are only a short term fix. As soon as you stop taking them you will increase weight again and probably more than what you have lost before because of the pills (-> Jo-Jo effect). Besides, the weight you are losing with the "help" of the pills is mainly water rather than fat! You wouldn't be the first one suffering from kidney damage afterwards.

Instead of taking pills you can: take for breakfast something like low calorie Muesli and for lunch take only fruits. For dinner you can eat whatever you like as long as it is not too much. Drink plenty of water, as water (unlike beer) will make you feel full (beer makes you hungry). Some exercise (2-3km jogging 3 times a week or a daily 3km walk) will speed up the weight losing process. With this recipe you should be able to loose at least 1 ~ 1.5kg per week in a very healthy way and not gain it back. losing lots of weight in a very short time due to pills is neither healthy nor will the result last for long.

What about pills and exercise together?
For the first time ever this seems to work..

I am using any of the Lipotropics on eBay and exercising..

There are some I saw on eBay.co.uk... I entered

"lipotropic weight loss cheapest"

Plus as you say some walking... The two together are good.. plus there are no nasty after effects as with the stimulant types..

Thanks!

SO TRUE. I have tried every diet pill and diet that I'd heard of, and thats a lot. At the end of the day you just need to eat right and drink plenty of water. Do a little exercise and thats all it takes. Don't waste your money on diet pills. You will lose weight, especailly with the prescribed ones BUT you're going to put it all back on when you stop talking them especially if you're eating habits haven't changed. Healthy diet and exercise kiddies..
