Can Anybody Show Me a Sports Plan ? ( myocarditis ) Posted: 07-31-07 00:02am
I am 20 and I've been recovered from the
virus myocarditis 4 years ago, but I can't
regain my power(I can't do anything for
long time because I am easy to feel
tired). I used to play football after I
recovered, but things gets worse, I feel
tired so I dare not do any extreme sports
anymore, even running. My condition is
getting weaker although my doctor told I
was okay to do anything. My friends tell
me "It is not ok if you are that weak", I
am afriad of not having a girlfriend in
the future. I got frustrated about that.
I am a newcomer, so could anybody give me
a plan on sports(as detail as possible)? I
wanna improve my condition without feeling
that tired. Or could anybody list some
related information(website, news)
