Hmm... are they lump-like, or are they like freckles? I know I have a freckle on my head too. LOL

I'd just say go to the doctor instead of discussing it with people who have no idea what it looks like.

no but they are patches not lumps and pretty large also. Like I said before they are like grayish brownish colored and the patches are still growing. I don't think that these freckles, but just to make sure how they do look like? I want to know what condition I am in. Please reply, thanks

I have a few brown spots on my penis. It started out with one and now ive got one more lol...They are nothing to worry about, as long as they are not lumps or causing you irritation in any way..

I started getting those spots on the head of my penis when I was in my early 20's (in my 40's now) and actually had one biopsied. Which was an awful experience. Turns out it is nothing but your pigmentation going a little crazy. Like reverse vitiligo. Seems it's pretty common and completely harmless. But I did go through a stage where it seemed to accelerate, grow and darken in some areas and that freaked me out, hence the biopsy. I hope this helps!
