Should I wait a few days to see if it goes away or should I call my doctor right away? It is the size of a grape and it is sore to the touch.

I would suggest going to the doctor right away...It can't hurt, can it?? Hopefully its just a cyst or possibly a boil...I have had one in my armpit once before....Hurt like hell, it was about the size of a grape. But I went to the doctor anyways. 
don't worry, just have it checked out right away...The sooner you know what it is, the sooner you can stop worrying. :d
