Has anyone ever used maca, wild yam or
dong quia? I have been working in the
natural health realm for many years and
have found that these are extremely
beneficial in relieving and eliminating
many of the symptoms associated with
menopasue and PMS.
I have personally used wild yam cream
topically and taken maca and wild yam tea
internally and within 3 months my painful
periods, tender breasts and dysmenorrhea
had completely dissapeared.
The properties in these herbs balance and
regulate hormone levels and work with the
body, without side effects.
I would reccomend a good quality cream for
topical use and an organic blend of wild
yam and maca to drink as a herbal tea.
Try it and prove it for yourself.

Menopause is a natural and physiological
occurence and is better managed naturally!
There are several products available
today and one of the best is soy
isoflavones.
