I think that it's actuly ptretty normal for that to happen. I'm pretty sure that you also won't need circumcision. Just excersice it, and it'll be fine.

I have the same problem but its even more messed up, I can't retract my skin AT ALL! I have to get circumcised soon.

At least your foreskin is able to go down halfway.

This is a good sign that stretching techniques can work.

Just spend 4-5 minutes twice everyday stretching your foreskin and pulling it but not too hard and it will loosen up overtime and you should be able to retract it fully.

You seem to have ignored, but can you ejaculate with it half retracted? If you can, than you might as well leave it because it won't interfere with sex.

Just answer. Can you ejaculate with it not entirley retracted? If so, then you're fine. Just leave it and you'll be able have sex like a circumcised man could.

Actually that's not right. You can't put on a condom un-retracted and sex is very painful for both the male and the female with an un-retracted foreskin.

Of course you lose sensitivity. The foreskin is full of nerve endings. When you get circumcised, you lose all of those nerves.
