Q: Nervous About Acetaminophen Overdose

About 2 days ago I twisted my knee pretty bad. It has been bothering me ever since. Last night I decided to try to run because it was feeling better but afterwards it began to hurt quite a bit. I tried ice and it wasn't swollen so I did not try ibuprofen. I decided to take a few tylenol 1s we had lying around from a while back which contained 300 mg Acetaminophen and 8 mg codeine in each pill. I decided to take 5, but then began to worry if this was a big mistake. I hadn't considered the fact that I was at parties 3 days in a row that week and had a few drinks each night (enough to make me reasonably drunk)

Is 1500 mg of Acetaminophen in a single dose something that will likely be serious? I am too afraid to tell my parents, because I don't want to disappoint them. It's been about 12 hours since I took these, and have felt no nausia and haven't vomited since. I am very anxious, however, because I've been very worried about what may happen to me. Please tell me what you think.
