If your talking about Smartlipo, yes, I had it! It's mostly for people who are not obese. The laser melts the fat. It's so tiny that you don't have stitches or scars where it is introduced thru the skin. It is fairly painless b/c they use a numbing solution, your awake the whole time. It really helps with cellulite and to make things 'shrink' also to tighten the skin. If you get a really good doctor they can do all of these things. I had it on my tummy and it did wonders! Feel great! Look sexy! I didn't have much down time. I did have to wear a compression garment...but I was up and around the very next day. Drove myself home afterwards too.
