Q: Lower Back Pain

For some time (say 7 months) now I've been feeling a fair amount of pain/soreness in my lower back. I usually feel pain/soreness every day, but the severity of it ranges seemingly randomly from day to day (or, on some days, hour to hour). I have little daily physical activity, and lift heavy objects only on occasion (after which my back hurts more for one to two days). A couple times in the year before my current continuing back pain started, I expierenced back pain for a couple of days after attemping a difficult stretch, or falling out of bed. Another point of interest is that the vertabra in my lumbar section seem to stick out, especially when I bend over, and the uppermost vertabra in my lumbar section seems to have a larger-than-normal gap between it and the lowermost vertabra in my thoracic section. Also, two of the vertabra in my lumbar section feel much closer together than the other vertabra in my back. On some days, I can bend over with no increase in back pain, but on others, bending over even slightly increases the pain in my back to sometimes unbearable levels. Walking does not seem to increase my back pain, but standing for long periods of time does. I can touch both of my knees to my chest without an increase in back pain. I am taller than average, have been told that my posture is not as good as it could be and am a 15 year old male.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
