Q: Tools For Dieting And Weight Loss ?

Hi, I'm new to this board and I think that this board is one of the best health boards I've seen.

I am in a search for tools which will contribute to my diet and the weight loss... any familiar ones ? Anyone ?

First of all get your diet in check, up to 80% of your results depend on it. To figure out what to eat have a fitness/nutrition specialist such as myself help assess your goals and what types of foods you should be eating to maximize yor results.

Next you need a workout routine specific to your goals which inlcudes weigths and cardio.

Put those tools togetehr and you shoudl be able to achieve your fitness goals easier.
