Hi I'm in a relationship crisis, I love my partner but... Its not the same anymore I'm thinking about ending it. But I wanted to ask Do these counceling programs help ? Have anyone been to counseling with any success ? Cos I'm pretty skeptical about it. If someone got help over this pls reply Tnx a bunch.

Although it is a short term counceling program, ive used it several times and each time found it was helpful! and besides what can it hurt?? Give it a try, good luck!!! hope all works out for u!

I sent my STBX to one, then she went to a different counselor but within the EAP. Didn't help us but I think it's a good thing. You can work with them to pick a good counselor, and if you don't like the one they recommend, you can scout out one (word of mouth or whatever) and hopefull find a good one on their list. good luck to you!
