For the past two months I've been
experiencing trouble with my bowel
movements. It started at the end of June
I began experiencing constipation. I have
trouble with normal bowel movements on a
day to day basis not completing emptying
my bowels each time I go to the bathroom.
My stools are normal color when they come
out but they are thin. I usually end up
being bloated and gassy from this
condition. I believe the problem may have
something to do with the apple cider
vinegar I was taking for a while. I would
take a huge gulp of it in the morning and
wouldn't take water behind it. Before
that I never had any problems with my
stomach so I think it's directly related
to that. I believe this condition may
have done something to my internal organs
which is causing this problem.

First, not sure why you are taking the
apple cider vinegar, but if you are to
continue, dilute it and then drink a glass
of water following. My gastro Dr. told me
the main reason people get constipated is
because of dehydration, not drinking
enough water, and also not getting enough
roughage (fiber) into their diet. Try
eating 3-4 prunes twice a day. It works
wonders! Or, drink a small glass of prune
juice. This is a better stimulate htan the
over the counter ones that cause cramping
and Lord knows when it will hit you! Good
luck!

Also check your diet - is there possibly
something you have changed in your eating
habit that could affect the bm. I suffered
years ago from constipation and I have
found that the colonix program by drnatura
help get me on the right path. I did also
consult with a naturopath and had to
change my diet. So doing all the right
things is essential in getting you on the
path to a better bm and healthier you.
Good luck and let us know what has worked
for you.
