Well I was shaving the area right above my labia and I noticed a bright red shiny bump. It doesn't look cawliflower ish and it doesn't have a white center but it still worried me a little. It doesn't itch or burn.

I don't get them often but when I do its either cause I forgot to change a panty liner or because I shaved too hard. I gave been shaving freguently for the past 4 days and around that time it began appearing...does this sound familiar to you ladies? I'm a little scared cause I'm 23 never had an STD cause I.ve always been safe except wit my current boyfriend...I kno I kno I'm careless sorry lol

Could just be a pimple. Show it to your ob-gyn if it does not go away soon.

Hi,
I get similar things and it is due to shaving. Still worth getting it checked out whatever but some people do get them when you shave a lot. Ive found mine are not as bad when i use certain razors etc. Best way ive found to get less is after shaving and every day when the hair is growing back etc exfoliate with a scrub glove. Stops blocked poors and ingrown hairs etc. Also youll sweat more when shaven so this can cause sweat lumps.
