Q: Open Sore In Throat And Swollen, Bruised Palate.

I wanted to know what might cause this. I've got an open sore in the back of my throat. I had a small bumb that i tried to pop on the roof of my mouth, and the next day there were more bumps. The next thing I knew, the whole right side of my palate was raised. My wife said that it looks bruised.
