The other day, directly after having sex with my girlfriend, i noticed tiny red bumps on the top of my penis (underneath the foreskin, below the head) right after i took off the condom. I never noticed them before right then. I at first attributed this to irritation from the condom (as it was the first time i had used one) but now i'm afraid it might be herpes. She has given me oral sex, and says she gets cold sores from time to time on her mouth.
