I have read up on cholesterola dn know my mum has it,,, she has fatty white/yello deposits on both eyelide, she does smoke... alot and has got high cholesterol, however I do not smoke, eat healthy, exercise and have normal cholesterol after getting a blood test.

However I have tiny white circles under my eye and constantly look in the corna of my eye at the tiny normal yellow bit to see if it gets bigger etc. Im so paranoid I will get the fatty deposits and although i can do lots of things and carry on being healthy... i just seem to be so paranoid and notice these tiny white spots all the time. Please help, what can i do to prevent this, remove them if they happen etc
