I was on the end of my desogen pack ( on my 3rd green pill) and just got my depo shot 2 days ago, should my period end in a couple days? I'm also wondering if vitamin and calcium pills are a good idea, I'm seemly allergic to milk Sad. I'm going to walmart to see if they have something with vitamin D in it that isn't dairy and prolly grab some orange juice unless flintstones are better Wink

as i posted earlier depo in my opinion is not the best choice is does horrible things to the bones like make them brittle. they say a calcium supplement will help but i wouldnt chance it. i was on it 6 years and it takes so long to get pregnant after stopping it
