Q: Post- Wisdom Teeth Extraction

I just got all 4 wisdom teeth out on Tuesday (it's now Saturday.) I'm looking for some general advice and answers to a few questions.

How far back should I brush my teeth? I don't want to chew with teeth that I can't clean, and I'm afraid to brush too close to the extraction site. So I've been chewing with my front teeth and avoiding the last tooth when I brush.

Is there something about the last tooth? It seems a vague question, and I'm sorry. But yesterday, I pulled out a stitch, thinking it was a piece of food that got stuck, from between the last two teeth on the bottom right. It started bleeding, but it stopped soon. Also, today I flossed between my back two teeth on the top right, and it started bleeding quite a bit.

And now a bunch of "when"s:
I wear retainers - when should I start wearing them again after the extraction?

Everything I've looked at said to "rinse gently" after a couple days, but when should you start rinsing "vigorously"?

When can I start drinking through straws again? (Or, when can I stop worrying about dislodging the blood clot)

When can I chew stuff with my back teeth without worrying about getting stuff in the holes?

That's all I can think of right now, and I'll probably come up with more in a while... Thanks in advance for your help.

Hey
dont worry about brushing for awhile. i didnt brush for roughly 4 days. you dont want to drink through a straw for at least 3 weeks. Personally id wear my retainers all the time at this point so that my teeth dont move to fill in the space left by the wisdom teeth.

start rinsing "vigorously" about 1 month after.

dont worry about things getting into the holes. it will just pop out. they are holes.

i hope that this helps
