Q: Help..

First off, I am 28 weeks pregnant, and realize that there will be a change in my hormones. However, I'm not sure if what I am feeling is completly normal. I can't sleep at night...and I'm always very anxious. I work a lot of hours at work and think that may have something to do with it, but still not too sure. I've dealt with anxiety and depression in my past, and it has always been somewhat of an issue, but now I feel like yanking out my hair to put it nicely. What should I do?

Extremely eHealthy
1st of all welcome to ehealth! Congratulations on your pregnancy! I am not a Dr. but some of this can be due to your pregnancy but you should still talk to your Dr. about this too and tell him(her) how you are feeling and let the Dr. know about your depression and anxiety in the past! Good Luck to you! We are here for you! Keep us posted on how you are doing.

Hormones could ahve a part to play but seeign as you've had problems with depression etc in the past it might me a good idea to talk to your doctor to see if this is the same thing
