Which pill are you on? Are the white pills your last row of pills or inactive pills? If they are, you don't have to take your inactive pills so you can get your period. Not taking them at all causes a drop in hormones as well and causes you to bleed.

whats wrong with?
If you missed three pills no matter what the color (unless it's the placebo week), you need to use back up like a condom until you have been properly taking pills for a whole week.
What's wrong with you? Well, your body was reacting to the lack of hormones, so it started your period. It's not a real period (even during your actual placebo week, it's not a "real" period) it's "withdraw" bleeding caused by the lack of hormones. This is a common reaction to missed pills especially in the third week of a pack.
If you haven't caught up with the pills yet, you need to take two today, and two tomorrow. Then you'll be back on schedule.
