Hi Everybody. ive been having alot of symtoms . I get chest pain . My butt to my legs tingle and they feel like pins and needles,my arms tingle and so do my hands. My hands burn and i get sharp pains in them. I get pains every where in my body and i ache all over. My stomach burns and pains. My tounge tingles. All so i get the shakes . Does anyone have these symtoms . Please reply . Gina

Um. Well, I might've had some of those symptoms when I had anxiety. I guess what you are really looking for are some answers...


Yes, most of those symptoms could potentially be anxiety - but my guess is that since you are suspecting yourself that your symptoms are anxiety induced, and the fact that you posted in the anxiety and stress forum - very well tells me that you know you are stressed out and anxiety and are suffering from those symptoms. What I tell people to do most of the times is to just try to calm down and relax as much as possible. Of course it would be even more beneficial to sit down and figure out who or what is causing your anxiety in the first place, and then figure out ways of dealing with those problems...

Hi Gina,
It would probably be a good idea to get a check-up to make sure there is not a physical cause as a first step. It does sound like it may very well be anxiety but better to be safe and get checked out first. If it is anxiety I would definitely look into learning cbt exercises. They work great and gave me my life back. Good luck and let me know if you have any other questions?
