Came across this forum with so many people sharing there views what they are experiencing. Well I have been a part of this too(anxiety).
But then I realised why should I be having anxiety when God made this world FOR ME TO ENJOY.
I realised this anxiety is my own doing.If I start to believe that all is well with me and see all the situations that are against me as a challange and needs to be changed by looking at it from different perspective, solutions can be found.
After looking at these unfavourable situations with a positive attitude I found I had a solution for almost all of them. I needn't have worried for so long and let my life drift.
I started to find that slowly my life started to take a turn for a better and after a few months I realised all my anxiety about unfavuorable situations had vanished.

Anxiety
I read all this post and stuff, but what about people like me who one day starts having symptoms of anxiety that turn into episodes of being disabled for a week from work and not sleeping having insomiia and the anxiety is from nothing, GAD. I was fine for a year or so and then i missed a does of cleaxa and then next day took half a dose by accidnt but im back on track except i feel depress and suck of energy.
