I Was Diagnosed One Year Ago By a Naturopath...
I have been struggling with adrenal exhaustion hell and all that goes with it for almost four years. I was a healthy 34-year-old, had my first child and three months later began to get ill. My biggest problem today is I feel like I've reached a plateau with my recovery and can't get any better. I now have an irregular heart beat and hypertension but I'm starting to feel well enough to exercise. I'm starting yoga. I would love to connect with other folks who are going through or have been through this ordeal. Frankly, I need hope and commiseration! I'm looking on the web for other sites and will report back here if I find a more active forum.
Be well...

I joined this forum because of this post. I have a suggestion for you, because I have had a severe case of adrenal exhaustion and a product successfully fixed it when other products did not. It is a natural product, I got it from my natural doctor, but it is available on the Internet currently. Contact Spinelife using their website Spinelife.com and check out the Standard Process products. If you want the name of the product, PM me, ok. Standard Process is not allowing many to sell their products now without talking to doctors, and this website bucks that.

I also have formed insights into how I developed adrenal exhaustion not once but several times, and it is a lot in common with how other people develop it. The product can get rid of it but to be free of this for life I have to live consciously with awareness. Express interest in these insights if you are interested.

Snootyfrog, I have suggestions for product that would help, based on my own struggle with adrenal exhaustion. Please PM me and I will tell you the company that sells it and what the name of it is. I am not putting it here because there is only one company on Internet where you can get this without talking to a natural doctor and I don't want to jeopardize that. I also have formed insights on how I caused my adrenal exhaustion and what I have to do to prevent it for the rest of my life and if you are interested to hear this, please let me know. I healed from adrenal exhaustion and you can do it too. I have faith in you.

Hi everyone,

was doing research on the subject and found this site. I had to tell you that I have pretty much cured mine. it was awful I can tell you the past 4 years... I eat very healthy and still I had it.. I can tell you from my experience that steriods might make it worse.. after being on the supplements for just a couple of weeks I felt totally different.. and now after 90 days I'm back to normal. just what has worked for me and i've tried hundreds of dollars in products to help me... of course gentle exercise and diet help too.. hope this helps someone as much as me.

Adrenal Exhaustion
Hi,
I'm new to this forum and yes, I was diagnosed with adrenal exhaustion and had pretty severe symtomps. I was on hydrocortison for 8 month and various other products which was very helpful but as soon I stopped the symptoms came back. I tried various natural products and it improved various symptoms including the extreme weakness. However, I still feel tired, don't have a lot of energy and various other symptoms.
I'm anxious to get back to health. I have one question for the forum.
Do you know of any specialist (naturapathic physician or other) who are really experts in this field and don't at the same time cost a fortune.
I already spend so much money, time (years) and energy just to find out about my problem. Any advise is appreciated.

Adrenals
I'm in the process of healing my adrenals and there a few things that are really working very well to supplement my body's natural healing ability.

1. Sabre Sciences custom creme.
2. Fish Oil
3. Vitamin D

I thought it was hopeless at one point but the body can and will recover if you nourish it and remain optimistic. I hope people who need this information find it.

Could you please tell me what you did to cure your adrenal exhaustion and how to prevent it and what caused it.

Cured
Better than Standard Process products, because they contain isolated vitamins, not really all foods, is BFood Complex and AdrenaPlex from NutriPlex Formulas. I took these two plus their fish oils and a good diet and reversed my fatigue in about four months. But I have to admit I felt better within days even.

Hello everyone,

I'm new and I'd like someone to tell me how to get cured from adrenal exhaustion. From my symptoms, I now know I've been in this state for some years. I've also had other prolonged infections like candida and parasites that I didn't know about until my gyno did a stool test on me. I've pretty much handled those but my adrenals have been weakened even more from just detoxing from them. I feel miserable and all I do is cry. I am constantly dizzy, even while on hydrocortisone, vita C powder, magnesium, nutriocology adrenal complex, iosol iodine, flax seed oil, b complex, b5, b6, selenium, iron(anemia), potassium (low), sodium (low)(sea salt), chlorella, spirulina and vitamin d (low). My supplements help but not enough. Can someone please help me live normal again. I'm willing to hear from anyone who can offer me some help. Thank you

Re: Does Anyone Have Adrenal Exhaustion?
Hi, Cindy,
I was diagnosed with this this year....Its so frustrating to feel lousy ALL THE TIME. I don't know anyone either that has this. I'm working with a holistic doctor right now...but results have been s l o w. I'd never heard of this....but after a very stressful few years (loss of my dad, divorce, only child leaving for college) I guess thats what kicked it in! I'm on hydrocortisone now...but really can't see a difference. Also some other herbs, but again...still not feelng good. If you have any suggestions...I'm all ears! If I hear of anything new, I'll share!
