So every now and again I wake up in the
middle of the night and my brain tells me
i cant get back to sleep till my stomach
is full, till I feel that content. The
next morning I feel like CRAP! So of
course i dont eat breakfast, the thought
of makes me sick, I will eat about 12 or 1
for lunch then a normal dinner.
I have tryed to insure i eat breakfast and
my night eating got better, but of course
life throws curve balls all the time and
my emotions were not at 100% So I eat at
night and messed up that routine. I am
having a hard time keeping this long
term?
any suggestions?
