Me and my fiance have been trying for a baby now for about a year and there is still no luck with me conceiving I have tried all the things I can possible to try and get pregnant and nothing seems to be working im scared i may be infertile and would be so upset if i was . Please help me XXXX Thanks XXXX

If you have been trying for a year or more, then you could try talking to a fertility specialist.
